The handover function of the electric retrofitted hauling vehicle of Travancore Titanium Products Limited (TTPL), undertaken by the College of Engineering Trivandrum (CET), was held on the 5th of August 2026 at the Principal’s Chamber. The vehicle was handed over by the Principal, Dr. Suresh K, to Mr. Prabhakaran M K, GM (Technical, TTPL), in the presence of Dr. Binoosh S A, Dr. Abhilash Suryan, Dr. Baiju Basheer, Mr. Shaju Hari (TTPL), and Mr. Johnson Pereira (TTPL). The retrofit was executed by Mr. David Cicin Iraniose as part of his final-year dissertation in M.Tech Renewable Energy under the guidance of Dr. Suresh Lal S R, Assistant Professor in Mechanical Engineering, CET. The project received support from the Principal, Dr. Suresh K, Heads of the Department, Dr. Kartika A S and Dr. Unnikrishnan V S, and the instructors Mr. Shaiju P S and Mr. Ganeshan R.
