The College of Engineering Trivandrum (CET) had the privilege of hosting NAVIGYAAN – Navigating the Path to Educ8 & Innov8, in association with the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI)-AMTIF and TrEST Research Park, Trivandrum, held at CETAA Hall on 26th September 2025.
This initiative brought together students, industry leaders, and innovators to explore the journey from conceptualization to commercialization in mobility and allied sectors.
The event featured insightful sessions from eminent speakers, including: Dr. Reji Mathai, Director, ARAI, Shri. Yogesh Krishan Bhateshvar, Deputy General Manager, ARAI, Mr. Nilesh Choube, ARAI Technical Support Cell, Dr. Rajasree M. S., CEO, TrEST Park, Shri Sreekumar V, Secretary, GTech Trivandrum & Centre Head, Tata Elxsi, Dr. Suresh Kumaraswamy, Principal, CET, …and many more.
The sessions offered valuable perspectives on the future of automotive technology, innovation, and design. In particular, the evening session by Shri Yogesh Krishan Bhateshvar on Automotive Technology and Design inspired participants with fresh insights into innovation in the mobility sector.
The event also witnessed the active and enthusiastic participation of CET students, whose curiosity, questions, and discussions enriched the interactions and reflected the vibrant learning culture of the institution.
CET extends its heartfelt gratitude to ARAI, TrEST Research Park, Principal Dr. Suresh Kumaraswamy, and Prof. Praveen Arjunan for making this initiative possible and providing a valuable platform for learning, networking, and innovation.
