The spot admission for vacant seats of B. Tech/ B. Arch programmes in CET is scheduled for 12th September 2025.

Reporting Venue: CETAA Hall, CET

Reporting time: 08.30 AM to 11.00 AM

Candidates should report to the venue with the PRINT OUT OF the REGISTRATION FORM and other required documents (see below) before 11.00 AM on 12/09/2025.

Documents to be submitted for the spot admission process

  1. Candidates already admitted to an Engineering College under the KEAM allotment.
    1. Printout of the Registration Form
    1. KEAM Data Sheet
    1. Admission Slip issued by the college last admitted
    1. No objection Certificate (for all admitted colleges other than govt. Engineering colleges/aided engineering colleges/Govt. cost-shared engineering colleges like CAPE, IHRD, SCTCE, etc.)
  2. Candidates NOT admitted to an Engineering College under the KEAM allotment.
    1. Printout of Registration Form
    1. KEAM Data Sheet
    1. If studying in an institution, a Possession Certificate issued by the institution mentioning the list of the certificates in their possession & No Objection Certificate (both in original or by mail to the Principal, CET, from the head of the institution) and all the remaining certificates in original
    1. If not studying in any institution, all original certificates, including TC and Conduct Certificate
  3. Candidates who cannot attend the allotment process in person due to unavoidable personal exigencies can authorize a representative to attend the allotment process on his/her behalf. Such representatives should submit an authorization letter in the prescribed format. No other format will be acceptable. (Download FORM FOR AUTHORIZATION)
  4. Full Tuition fees need to be paid by all candidates taking admission in spot allotment (Fees remitted to CEE, if any, will be refunded by CEE later, ₹ 9650/-). PTA and bus funds are also to be paid (around ₹ 18000/-)
